Each cake receives special individual attention. All of my cakes shown on this page are covered with my buttercream icing for which I continue to receive very favorable compliments - even from people who normally don't like icing and routinely scrape it off. I specialize in buttercream icing so you get the clean lines and look of fondant with the great taste of buttercream. Cakes by George also offers cake balls which are my delicious cake formed into small balls and dipped in chocolate. My cake balls are pure cake with nothing added. Cake balls can be used for wedding favors. Ocassionally, a bride who really wants to do something different, has had cake balls served to her wedding guests in place of the traditional wedding cake. Some of my most popular cake flavors are Amaretto, Autumn Spice, Bailey's Irish Cream, Carrot, Classic White, Italian Cream, Kahlua Chocolate, Lemon Zest, Margarita Lime, Orange Delight, Pink Champagne, Raspberry Royale, Raspberry Swirl, Red Velvet, Southern Peach, Strawberry Amaretto, Strawberry Margarita, and Tequila Rose. |
