FAQs How far in advance do I need to place my wedding flower order? It depends on multiple factors: The main factors are the time of year and how many wedding flower orders I have booked. I want to give each order the personal touch, without having to rush, so I choose to take a limited number of orders. However, I do try to accommodate all of my customers. My advice is to order your silk wedding flowers as soon as you are comfortable with the choices you have made.

How can I be sure that the bridal bouquet, bridesmaids’ bouquets, corsage, boutonnieres, centerpieces, etc. color will match the color scheme that we are using for our wedding? We have several steps to make sure that you will receive the flowers with the correct color scheme. If you place the order online, I always follow up with questions in regards to the colors. If I am not familiar with the color scheme that you are working with, I would like a swatch of the material or something to show the color. An image of the color can be sent via email, but it is not always reliable because the colors can be distorted on the monitor.

Short notice order??? I work with many customers who have a very short time before their wedding day. Many of my customers are military members, who want to have elegant silk flowers, but have been given a very short amount of time to achieve their “Dream Wedding.” Being a military spouse for 20 years, I understand! I will do my best to accommodate your situation and provide you with the beautiful silk wedding flowers that you want. Orders with less than 2 weeks delivery time will almost always be shipped Express mail, at the customer’s expense.

How are the flowers shipped? We have a special way of packing the flowers. The arrangements are secure in the box and will arrive to you ready to use. Our most common shipping methods are the U.S. Post Office Priority or Express mail, or UPS. Shipping costs have risen over the past year and we have to each order and determine the most economical method to ship your order.

What if I receive the wedding flowers and I am not satisfied? Our return rate is very low. We take measures to make sure that you will be 100% satisfied with the silk flowers that you receive. From the time we receive the order, we make sure that the color scheme is matched. If you are requesting custom arrangements, which many customers do, we often send photos of different flower varieties for approval prior to designing your custom wedding flowers. After the bridal bouquet and bridesmaids’ bouquets are designed, we send photos for your approval prior to shipping your order.

If you receive the wedding flowers and find that you are not satisfied, we will work with you to make changes to make you a satisfied customer or refund your money. There is a 7-day return policy.
