From The Garden

We are a fresh and dried floral family business well established in San Diego with more than 30 years of experience. You could say we grew up in the floral industry. Our parents owned Buds & Blossoms above Mission Bay for thirteen years and both Kathy and I worked there and established many wonderful contacts with our growers whom we have developed fantastic friendships throughout the years.

We were lucky to have many memorable experiences at Buds & Blossoms which included being the primary florist for the La Jolla Country Club and had the pleasure of being chosen by President and Mrs. Ford as the florist for their son Jack's engagement party. We were also chosen by the NFL to do the floral arrangements for the Super Bowl party when it was held in San Diego.

We sold Buds & Blossoms in 1990 and Kathy and I agreed we missed our floral family and began From The Garden, Inc. in 1991. Once a florist, always a florist! Over the years, we have always kept the same philosophy...we want our couples to have the most beautiful flowers they have ever seen and make their wedding the best it could possibly be. Because our couples are so important to us personally, we want to make sure our bride and groom are treated like they are the most special people in the world. We are honored to share in your wonderful day with you.
