Background: Heather has a degree in Anthropology and minor in Fine Arts from UC Berkeley. She has 10 years of professional experience in illustration and graphic design. She began her professional career as a Photojournalistic Wedding Photographer in 2005 and has shot over 35 weddings.

Philosophy: Heather sees a wedding day as a profound rite of passage that bonds individuals, families and communities together. With empathy and an artistic eye, she observes and captures people in the candid, joyful, funny, and heartfelt moments of the celebration. As such, her photographs are a uniquely bold visual story of union between two people and their loved ones and the small details of the day

Quality: Heather ensures that all your digital images are individually color-corrected and balanced for contrast. All photographs are printed at small, local custom labs that she has had long-term relationships with and follows her high standards in photographic paper and print processes. Drawing on her background in design and fine art, Heather will personally design your wedding album with your collaboration.

Design your own wedding package. Heather can offer you Black and White Film, alternative processes, as well as digital photography to capture your wedding day. You may choose a Leather Bound or Contemporary Wedding Album, proof prints, or simply a DVD of print-ready images to handle yourself.
